COUPLE’S THERAPY AND MARRIAGE COUNSELING

Couple’s therapy integrates:

  • Attachment-informed understanding of relational dynamics
  • Mindfulness practices to slow reactive cycles, while increasing awareness and compassion
  • Gottman-based tools to improve communication, repair conflict, and build trust

Rather than assigning blame, we focus on creating emotional safety and helping each partner feel heard, understood, and valued.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADULTS

IN-PERSON THERAPY INTENSIVES

In-person intensives offer the opportunity to:

  • A 2-4 hour session allows us to go deeper than weekly sessions allow
  • Work through emotionally complex dynamics
  • Engage more fully in IFS and relational work
  • Create meaningful momentum in a contained, supportive setting
