An integrated approach to awareness, healing, and change

My work blends:

  • Mindfulness-based practices — to increase presence, awareness and calm
  • Attachment theory — to understand your relational patterns and emotional needs
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) — to work compassionately with different parts of the Self
  • Client-centered therapy — grounded in warmth, collaboration, and respect
  • The Gottman Method — evidence-based tools for couples to strengthen communication and connection

These approaches allows us to work both deeply and practically, honoring emotional experience while also offering tools that support real-life change.

MINDFULNESS-BASED PRACTICES

Increase presence, awareness and calm

I take a mindfulness-based approach to therapy, helping you slow down, become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and respond with greater intention rather than reactivity. Together, we create space to understand what’s beneath the surface so you can move through life and relationships with more clarity, calm, and authenticity.

ATTACHMENT THEORY

Understand relational patterns and emotional needs

I use an attachment-informed approach to therapy, helping you understand how your early relationships have shaped the way you connect, communicate, and protect yourself today. Together, we explore these patterns with compassion so you can build more secure, authentic, and emotionally safe relationships, with others and within yourself.

INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS

Work compassionately with your different “parts” to allow your wise, adult Self to lead

I use an IFS-informed approach, helping you understand the different “parts” of yourself that carry emotions, beliefs, and protective patterns. Together, we create a compassionate space to listen to and heal these parts rather than judge or push them away, so you can feel more integrated, grounded, and aligned in how you show up in your life and relationships.

CLIENT-CENTERED THERAPY

Grounded in warmth, collaboration, and respect

I take a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning our work is guided by you—your experiences, your pace, and what matters most in your life. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore, understand yourself more deeply, and move toward meaningful change.

THE GOTTMAN METHOD

Evidence-based tools for couples to strengthen communication and connection

I use a Gottman Method approach, helping you and your partner strengthen communication, build trust, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. Together, we focus on practical tools and deeper understanding so you can create a more connected, secure, and fulfilling relationship.
