An integrated approach to awareness, healing, and change
My work blends:
- Mindfulness-based practices — to increase presence and nervous system regulation
- Attachment theory — to understand relational patterns and emotional needs
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) — to work compassionately with different parts of the Self
- Client-centered therapy — grounded in warmth, collaboration, and respect
- The Gottman Method — evidence-based tools for couples to strengthen communication and connection
This approach allows us to work both deeply and practically, honoring emotional experience while also offering tools that support real-life change.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR WOMEN
Support during seasons of transition and becoming
Many women come to therapy during times of:
- Anxiety or depression
- Divorce or relationship change
- Empty-nesting or identity shifts
- A subtle sense that life is asking for something different
Our work focuses on understanding emotional patterns, developing mindfulness, and cultivating new ways of responding so that life feels more intentional and aligned.
COUPLES THERAPY
Strengthening connection through understanding and skill-building
Couples therapy integrates:
- Attachment-informed understanding of relational dynamics
- Mindfulness to slow reactive cycles
- Gottman-based tools to improve communication, repair conflict, and build trust
Rather than assigning blame, we focus on creating emotional safety and helping each partner feel heard, understood, and valued.
IN-PERSON INTENSIVES
Deeper work, held with care
In-person intensives offer the opportunity to:
- A 2-4 hour session allows us to go deeper than weekly sessions allow
- Work through emotionally complex dynamics
- Engage more fully in IFS and relational work
- Create meaningful momentum in a contained, supportive setting
Many clients describe intensives as months of therapy within a single afternoon – especially helpful when feeling stuck or needing clarity.
