You’re invited to an evening of wine, women, and wisdom. We don’t always slow down, and are often stressed, anxious overwhelmed, and tired. The time is now to pause and savor the moment.
We will be starting with an eating exercise using a raisin (which is the traditional mindful eating exercise) and then will moving onto the small glass a wine to highlight how to bring tools of mindfulness and meditation into everyday experiences, so we can slow down, connect with what we are doing, be more present and savor every moment.
Wine’d Down is being offered virtually through August on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, 7:30-8:30 p.m. PST or by appointment. To check out the virtual offerings available please visit this page.
