Come experience an opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself and let go of any pressures of your day. Practicing meditation has been shown to not only benefit your health, decrease your stress and anxiety, help you be more focused in all that you do, but also be happier!! Who doesn’t want all that? During this 45 minute meditation, I will share teachings, guide a 20-25 minute mediation, then finish with questions, reflections or feedback.
