- Paying greater ATTENTION (to habits and patterns that keep you stuck)
- Acting with INTENTION (knowing why you are doing what you are doing, and creating new habits that are in line with where you want to be)

You will gain greater understanding in how practices of connecting to your breath, body and senses will help ground you into the present moment, why gratitude, compassion, self-compassion and lovingkindness matter, and how to gain greater strength in accepting your thoughts and emotions, rather than resisting them, and how that is the key to overall better health
