Mom’s Night Out – Champagne Meditation

Meditation can come in all different forms…while the most traditional form of meditation is sitting on a cushion and focusing on your breath, meditation can be a practice in a variety of daily activities.
May is all about honoring MOMs and offering you the time to slow down, breathe, focus on you, increase your self-care and rejuvenate so you can show up more present in all your relationships. On this special MOM’S NIGHT OUT Meditation Night, yes, we will be drinking champagne, as a form of meditation. When we do any mindful eating practice, we slow down, use all our senses, and notice how our relationship shifts, for the better, when we are intentional. Awareness changes everything, and when we can practice paying attention, it heightens our experiences.
Meditation teaches us how to allow whatever is arising to exist, notice when your mind has wandered off, not to judge it, but rather have the tools to bring it back to your focused attention. In this case, your focused attention is going to be champagne. And you’ll also gain tools and practice on how to bring a more traditional meditation practice into your daily lives; it won’t only be about the champagne 😉
