Mindfulness Classes for Adults, 12-1pm; Week 7

When we can allow space for whatever emotion is arising to exist, without judgment, we have a better ability at maintaining equanimity. Today’s class is mindfulness of our emotions and the practices to not let our emotions take over and define us.
