Mindfulness Class for Adults: 12-1pm; Week 2

This week we will be covering body awareness. This includes a body scan practice, so please bring a towel or a blanket to lie down on. In addition to the body scan, we will be exploring how to tap into our intuition by paying greater attention to the messages that our body is sending us. Learning to tune into our bodies is a valuable way in which to “get out of our heads” and into the present moment.
