Studies show that mindfulness is as effective as anti-depressants when dealing with depression, shown to reduce chronic pain as effectively as CBT, and a proven tool for managing stress and anxiety. It’s not about waiting to be happy, it’s about learning how to be happy and resilient regardless of what is arising in the present moment; it’s how you respond, not react to your thoughts, emotions or circumstances.
This experiential workshop will guide you through tangible tools to integrate mindfulness into your every day routine. It’s not about adding mindfulness to your “to-do” list; it’s about your “to-be” list…who do you want to be in the world, and what is the quality of presence your want to have in your life?
