We tend to focus on gratitude near the holidays, but it is a practice that we should be doing all year long. Gratitude has been shown to increase your health, happiness and improve relationships, while decreasing stress, anxiety and depression. This 1-hour workshop will walk you through gratitude meditations, practices and research-based tips and tools that you can do daily to improve your overall well-being.
